Shipping & Delivery

Starting from October 2025, it will be possible to choose the delivery method of the goods available in our e-commerce:

- home delivery, via courier (3-5 working days)
- Pick up at a Nautilus school (free)

Before October 2025, orders of the goods available in our e-commerce will can be collected within 5 days of the order placed, at Nautilus Montessori School in Bassano del Grappa, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00.

You will receive an email when the items are ready to be collected at the school reception, by presenting the order confirmation.

Returns

To return the products, which must necessarily be returned intact and in the original packaging, follow the procedure, within 14 days from the order date:

Send an email to ordini@opacoitalia.it, specifying the order number, the goods you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Print the Order Confirmation received via email.
Place the product and the order confirmation inside an envelope.

We will send a refund for your purchase within 5 working days of receiving the package.

In the event of a return made for defective goods, the return shipment will be payed by OPACO SRLS who will send the courier to the customer's home to collect the goods to be returned. The sender must attach the photographic documentation within 8 days of receipt of the material.

Washing

	DESCRIPTION
	Wash your garments at 30°C. It is also advisable to turn the garment inside out before putting it in the washing machine. The use of enzymatic detergents is strongly discouraged.
	It is recommended to dry garments in ventilated rooms or outdoors . If using a dryer, set it to low heat. High temperatures tend to ruin the print.
	It is recommended to avoid direct contact of the iron plate with the printed areas , but to iron them inside out or covering them with a light cloth.
	It is strongly recommended that you do not bleach the printed areas of your garment. If you must use bleach on the non-printed areas of your garment, be careful to cover and protect the printed areas.
	It is recommended not to dry clean printed garments , as chemical solvents may compromise the print performance.
