How to make a size change

SIZE EXCHANGE/RETURN METHODS

The time frame to make a size change , without indicating the reasons, is of 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment .

To send a change request to Opaco Srls , the Parent is required to respect specific conditions:
 The item must be tried on without removing the tag . Returns will only be accepted if the tag is perfectly intact. Returns with the tag cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
– Items to be returned must not have been ironed, washed or treated in any way.
– The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Parent and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.
 All other garment labels , whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
– The goods to be returned must be shipped no later than 20 days from the delivery date.
– If the parent no longer has the original packaging, they can use another one to return their order, making sure it is well sealed to avoid losing the items.

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Opaco Srls reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Parent at the latter's expense.

HOW TO MAKE A SIZE CHANGE/RETURN

  1. Print Order Confirmation received by email.
  2. Place the products and the order confirmation inside an envelope.
  3. Take the envelope to the post office or to your trusted courier, and send it to this address:

  4. Reorder the product in the correct size and insert the discount code for the free shipping (contact the assistance to receive the code).
  5. The goods chosen in exchange will be shipped at Opaque expense only once and only for change size. For item changes, the following procedure is foreseen: reimbursement .
  6. The replacement will only take place after all checks on the returned order have been carried out and have been successful.

Within 5 working days of receiving the goods we will send the refund including all payments made including delivery costs using the payment method used when placing the order.
